About Don Frank :

Combining magic, audience participation and comedy, Don  creates a unique blend of mystery and fun.  With phenomenal skills of prestidigitation, he has a unique style of performing. Using everyday  objects, Don has been known to beg, borrow or steal items from the audience, only to have the items disappear, and then reappear in very impossible and improbable places, leaving the audience hanging in their seats with amazement and laughter. From doves suddenly appearing, colorful scarves and umbrellas materializing into the air, making people disappear, and puzzling illusions, Don displays a great variety of entertainment in his shows.


Don performs on a grand scale, bedazzling his audience with illusions such as turning his beautiful assistant into a roaring tiger, and levitating a member
of the audience.   He also entertains in smaller venues such as corporate gatherings, where he cleverly weaves company concepts and themes into his show. On a moreintimate setting, Don entertains with close-up magic. Performing close-up sleight of hand magic takes years to master, yet, Don makes it look effortless. In his hands, he  makes playing cards and coins appear to have mysterious powers of their own, leaving spectators totally perplexed. From a very young age Don had always been interested in science and the way things worked.  This curiosity led to learning magic at the age of five.  Connecting with science and magic, he went on to earn an Associate of Science degree in math and science at Cypress College.  In his free time he develops other skills such as piano, voice and computers.

Don has performed for hundreds of top corporations including IBM and Toshiba.  He has appeared at the Magic Island in Newport Beach, California, and on Cable TV.  He is also a member of the world famous Magic Castle in Hollywood, California.  Don loves the art of magic and can be seen appearing in front of audiences six days a week.
